About us
Burleigh Heads Community Kindergarten has been providing families and children with a quality early learning program for over sixty years. Our Kindy is highly regarded in the Burleigh Heads community, and we take pride in the service we offer: with our amazing team of educators and support staff; our beautiful learning space​​s inside and out; and our focus on delivering the highest possible quality early educational program for your children to prepare them for big school and beyond.

of play and through play children will extend their understanding of language and engage with texts, symbols and numeracy concepts, discover and
connect with and act responsibly in the natural
and built environments.
Our Program
Our kindy community is warm, welcoming and inclusive where there is a strong sense of belonging for all. We place great importance on building relationships that are caring, open, collaborative, respectful and supportive.
At our kindy, children will be encouraged to understand and recognise social injustice and fairness, embrace diversity using their own ways of expressing themselves that will be celebrated within the group.

Program & Enrolments
Children are offered enrolment at Burleigh Heads Community Kindergarten in order of placement on the waiting list. A child’s name may be placed on the waiting list from the first of July following his or her birth. As waiting lists are long at Burleigh Heads Kindy, we advise placing children on the list as soon as possible.
